Title: Take it to Armitage
Author: Lenny

In a fit of Münchhausen induced madness you scream "Yeah - kill him! He's not real and this isn't real and all those dead people aren't real and I WANT TO GO HOME".

Dr. Armitage, Charlie and Stagger Lee who had all blatantly dismissed you as they began to circle each other in dance of violence all stop in their tracks and stare at you with mouths open (which adds to the disturbing nature of the scene since it looks like Charlie and Stagger have fangs as well as claws).

With an adjustment of his hat Stagger says "Well, what we standing around for? You heard him, lets kill this demon".

"Yup I heard 'em" says Charlie "but he also said he wanted to go home. I think he's sufferin' from PTSS".

"Yes, indeed, he most likely is" Dr. Armitage says. "Indeed, he has probably already seen too much tonite but I fear it's not over for him yet."

Stagger is looking from person to person with a confused look on his face. "What the frack is this all about? What the gol-darned Hastur loving goodness is PTS? And what ya doing yacking like some educated college kid to the demon Charlie? Jay-zus. I swear to Azathoth we's talked about this before - and I bet you a case of that mud-water beer ya swill back that we's got a rule in our book somewheres about it. Where is it? Remember that time with Doc? Remember? Where's the book?"

"I left it in the van. Didn't think we'd need it for this." says Charlie. "And is you insulting my beer? Cause if you is I think we have to have words Stagger."

Stagger just glares at Charlie. Charlie looks calmly back with a slight grin on his face. Dr. Armitage has lowered the knife he was wielding and has come to stand by you. "Come on son. There is much left for you to do tonite. Much you may not wish to do."

Slowly you walk away with Dr. Armitage who is telling you about a beetle lady, cheese sandwiches, people in trunks, a warlock/electrical repairman and a hanging judge. You seem to be losing the thread of the conversation as you walk. Distantly you hear what sounds like to two grade school kids shouting and fighting (albeit a bit more viciously than your normal 4th graders). Looking around you notice Dr. Armitage is nowhere to be seen. You close your eyes for a moment to gather your bearings and when you open them you find yourself at the front door of the manion, knocking.
